PTO Fall Festival is TOMORROW!

Good morning, Mariners!

We hope you were able to purchase your tickets for the PTO Fall Festival before the store on MySchoolBucks closed last night.  If not, no worries, we will have tickets available for purchase at the door and throughout the evening if you find you need to purchase more. 

The front entrance gate will open at 5:30 p.m. and parking will begin in the car loop.  Families will then walk to the front of the school to enter the elementary cafeteria.  In the elementary cafeteria, there will be lines designated for picking up (pre-purchased tickets) and purchasing tickets.  The elementary cafeteria doors will remain closed until 6:00 p.m. when the event begins. 

Fall Festival Booths:

VPK- Food/Beverage

• 1 ticket per chip bag
• 1 ticket per cotton candy

VPK- Food/Beverage

• Small popcorn: 1 ticket
• Large popcorn: 3 tickets
• Extra toppings: 1 ticket each

Kindergarten- Games/Activities 

• 3 soccer kicks: 1 ticket

1st Grade- Food/Beverage

• 4 tickets per empanada

2nd Grade- Food/Beverage

• Nachos: 3 tickets
• Piña colada: 2 tickets

3rd Grade- Food/Beverage

• Cake Walk

4th Grade- Games/Activities 

• Axe throwing: 2 tickets
• Face painting: 3 tickets

5th Grade- Games/Activities

• 1 ticket per 3 basketball shots

6th Grade- Beverage and Games/Activities

• Water: 1 ticket
• Obstacle Course: 2 tickets

7th Grade– Games/Activities

• Bottle toss: 1 ticket for 2 bottles
• Parking raffle: 2 tickets per entry

8th Grade- Food and Games/Activities

• 1 ticket per cotton candy
• 3 pulls: 1 ticket
• 7 pulls: 2 tickets

Mr. Troop's Advanced Band will be playing in the Middle School Cafeteria at the start of the event, at 6:10 p.m. If you are excited to view the performance, we suggest watching our musicians and then visiting the Elementary Cafeteria to pick up or purchase tickets. This way you don't miss their performance. 

Please remember that this PTO event is a way to bring our families together for a fun evening of gathering and fundraising for the events and activities we have planned for our students this school year. All students must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18 years or older).  No students may be dropped off to our event and then picked up after the event.  We expect all participants to act as a Mariner by being Responsible, Respectful, and Safe.  

Reminders: 
-parking is through the front entrance of the school in the car loop
-parking opens at 5:30 p.m.
-event is from 6:00-8:00 p.m. 
-elementary cafeteria is where you will pick up or purchase tickets (using the QR code or Card Reader-NO CASH for tickets)
-cash can only be used at the Vendor Booths (Nothing Bundt Cakes and Gather & Grain)
-Mr. Troop's band plays in the Middle School Cafeteria at 6:10 p.m.
-all students musts be supervised by an adult (students may not be dropped off unaccompanied)
